The LeBron James Family Foundation saw an opportunity to transform a historic event venue that had fallen into disrepair into a mixed-use destination rooted in opportunity, education, and community. Bringing that vision to life required updating the aging building to meet current building codes, accessibility standards, and an evolving program that developed throughout design and construction.

Working alongside the Foundation's internal design team, AVID Architects led the architectural renovation of approximately60,000 square feet, including a commercial kitchen, teaching kitchen, restaurant and retail spaces, Hometown Hall, "The Block" break room and barbershop, the LeBron James Museum, and numerous support spaces. A phased, fast-track delivery strategy allowed priority areas to open for scheduled events while construction continued throughout the facility.

Today, House Three Thirty serves as a vibrant community destination where visitors can gather, learn, dine, celebrate, and access resources that support the Foundation's mission. The project demonstrates how adaptive reuse can preserve a building's legacy while creating new opportunities for the people it serves.
