When A. Schulman relocated its corporate headquarters to Fairlawn, the project required a new facility that could be delivered on an aggressive schedule without compromising long-term performance. AVID Architects designed the 35,000-square-foot headquarters using energy-efficient insulated concrete form (ICF) construction and a phased delivery approach that accelerated construction while reducing costs for the owner.
